You don\'t seem to get it. It doesn\'t matter at all from a legal standpoint whether or not you\'re ok with it. You don\'t own the rights to that particular picture, unless you\'re the one who took it. If you don\'t own the rights, you can\'t complain.

I had previous to this thread asked the seller about it, and while this thread has progressed, we have conversed a little.

He asked me my opinion, and after having talked with the rest of you, I realized I was just being a little selfish. I had never accused him of any wrongdoing. I had only asked if he might consider removing the pic.

I admit I jumped the gun a bit before thinking it through.

My apologies to everyone here. Now that we all know I can be an ass, too, we can end this thread.

well Zora, I never took it that way. I think you had a legitimate concern, and you asked a simple straightforward question. I think you \"got it\" just fine, not sure what was up with that rebuttal.
