As bad as his movies seem to be, there are also people out there who will go and see any crap that is on at the movies and therefore support his ego.
When i worked at the cinema, you would get people coming up and asking if there are any good films out at the moment.
Me: Yes. A good movie at the moment is The Sixth Sense/Lord of the Rings/Fill-in-a-good-movie-name. It is about \"such and such\" and stars \"this actor\".
Customer: Nah, i mean a good movie. Are there any with Van Damme in?
That is the sort of person who Uwe Boll panders to.
Other customer type is:
Customer: What is a good movie at the moment?
Me: Titanic is very popular at the moment.
Customer: Titanic? What is that about?

Van Damme and seagul are still making movies


of course they have more competition now with mario van peepbles (SP?), dean cain. lorezo lamas, and Ice cube. im sure i left some out, but its funny to see a knock off movie that stars one of these c actors.
i dont now how these people stay in business.

I mean I can enjoy a Van Damme movie.. but Uwe Boll. Oh.. lord.

Got to watch some more of his movies as I do like terrible movies just for laugh.. I mean there has to be some kind of record of not having any movie even getting an average grade on imdb. It\'s he and Albert Pyun then but that guy at least have some movies that aren\'t a trainwreck from start to finish...
