I'm just getting started and not painted in forever so be kind =)
This is one I just finished for a friend to use gaming. I changed it up some by taking the bow out of the one hand (made it more like a dagger), and also used some greenstuff to make a backpack.

Looks good, nice base. Paint is a bit thick try more layers of thinner paint instead of trying to cover in one go. Wait for each layer to dry before doing another

10ball is correct. You have to thin the paint to get good results. Nice start though and keep at it, you will just keep getting better and better.

I think you are off to a great start. It could use a bit more highlight and contrast.

Thanks all. ya I plan on thinning it down for the next mini I work on. I am converting a elf warrior into a Revenant/Elf Cleric of the Raven Queen for a up coming D&D game rofl. I’ve already removed the weapon and am working on changing that to a mace, then will add some chain mail to cover the plate armor a bit etc and hope to have it ready to review soon.
