Hey everyone, here\'s a picture of my Confrontation Valkyrie D\'Alahan:
The skin, face and blue armour is finished, I am busy with the golden rims on the armour but have a problem with that: Those details are so small and the small curves on the armour barely rise up from the surface. I tried to paint them very carefully with the finest brush I have, but still there is a lot of overpaint, ruining my shading on several occasions.
Should I paint these rims first or is there another technique I should know? I have to paint on some more layers for highlighting, so I guess there will be a lot of touch-up work later
Thanks.
