Vallejo paint and cold temps...

I ordered a set of paints from New Wave (thanks for the quick reply guys!) but now I\'m starting to worry.
It\'s freaking cold up here (getting down to -34c at night) and I\'m afraid my paints will freeze solid.
Does anyone know if they\'ll be damaged by freezing?

Do you paint outside? If so just keep them in the house when they aren\'t in use. At 21*C (room temp) they should stay liquid. Anything lower than about -5*C they should freeze and they can be thawed, I think, and used again.

that is freakin\' cold

I have had many of my paints \'freeze\'. I store them in my garage when not in \'painting mode\'.

While I can\'t tell you if this is bad for them, I noticed it does tend to \'evaporate\' the water content a little when thawed out.

I just add a little water once properly thawed and shake the heck of of them. They always seem to revive fine.

Hopefully they keep the delivery truck toasty...:D

I thought I\'d have the same problems around here, only it\'s too hot!... I keep them in a dry place, though so I know when their seals are leaking from the vallejo stench. the warm weather seems to seperate them more than usual for some reason.
