Click to expand... just as good mate. it\'s cheaper to use a clear spray wood varnish (better protection) and then dullcote them to give a matt finish.

J james sequeira New member Oct 21, 2008 #3 I had a bad experience or rather I did not like the results of dullcoat, and GW varnishes I find tacky, but vallejo matt from the bottle is spot on.
