I\'m in Polk City w/ Moms for Christmas (from Denton, TX - home of Reaper Corp.). Any of you good folks know where there MIGHT be a good shop for RPG, minis and painting here in the area? Thanks. Have a Merry Christmas and a wonderful 2009.

Welcome to Iowa!

Most of the hobby shops that I know of in the Des Moines area are also comic books shops. Check out the yellow pages for them.

I know there is a great one in Ames, just north of you, but cannot recall if they have Vallejo\'s in stock.

Thanks Jim. Honestly I was hoping you\'d get back with me - knowing you are here in Iowa. I\'m going to W. Des Moines tomorrow and hitting Mayhem Collectibles first and then Dragon Fire Comics after that (if necessary). I appreciate your suggestions. Take care and have a great 2009.
