vampire counts tourny army

hey all not sure if this is the right place to put this but me and a friend are heading up to warhammer world in april to enter the wfb doubles tourny, now we've decided to go with vamps allied with tomb kings, but im having probs comming up with a good build as the we can only do 750 pints each, so far ive got 10 skeles which im gonna up 15 and a corpse cart but unsure as to whether to go with unholy loadstone or balefire, any thoughts peeps?

I tend not to use Corpse Carts when I'm playing, but I'd prefer to go with the unholy loadstone. I'd definitely recommend going with 20 skeletons in 4 ranks to get the full rank bonus, and especially if your skellies have spears.

Other than that it depends on your play style. I tend to go with fast attack like Dire Wolves. Some people would try and field light cavalry if you have it, or stronger infantry such as the Grave Guard. (I think that's what they call them now)

And because you're going into a tourney, I really wouldn't recommend taking anything extreme. For that matter, I wouldn't bother taking ghouls.

Once you've got a more specific list I'd love to look it over and offer any advice or whatnot. Or if you don't want advice I can nod appreciatively over the interwebs.
