Here is my final version of the Hive Behemoth Venomthrope. This is my contribution to one of the Battle of Macragge charity armies that are being sponsored at this year’s NOVA Open coming up later this month. He is painted in the Hive Behemoth colors and has had the tail and several of the limbs converted for a more dynamic look. Both of the 1850 point armies (Hive Behemoth and Ultramarines) have been painted up for the raffle at the event this year. The Omega bases were donated by Secret Weapon Miniatures and are a limited run base specifically for this year’s armies. 50% of the sale of these limited run bases will also be added to the collection this year. 95% of the proceeds from the raffle will go to benefit Doctors Without Borders. Anyone in the world is eligible for the raffle if you donate at NOVA Open Charitable Foundation website; what’s more is that they will provide shipping for you anywhere in the world! Even if you are not a Warhammer 40k player, take a moment and see if there is one of the five charities you might be able to support.
