VIC... IS the contest no more?

October 5 will be the one year anniversary of the last \"Visions in Color\" contest I partipated in.
Is this contest dead or did it move?

Well, it\'s not a contest It is a showcase! No competition at all

Depends on the level of interest, GDs, all that. They usually have a special mini commissioned as well.

I\'m actually on the Visions team. I\'m not going to give any details (don\'t want to spoil the surprise), but work is being done on the VIC at the moment. Mini design has been decided on already and sculpting work is on the way.

For the sculptors: VIP 8 will start next week by the way. And no, I\'m not going to tell you the theme yet.

Seems that contest (or showcase) are springing up every were I\'ll never have time to do them all Oh well guess I\'ll just have to decide wich one I wan\'t to do

yeah but I only recently though about strating entering contest, and the week I decide that I see at least 5 contests that I want to enter (CMON, groundforge, artemis black, toadstool, VIC). Maybe I can enter a mini in multiple contest at one. Or els I\'ll just have to forget about some of those

Hey, how about the VIP?

Well, CMON and VIC have special minis. Groundforge requires a scenic base, toadstool requires a toadstool obviously and I\'m not sure what the situation with Artemis black is. So, if you enter paint the CMON an VIC figures, put them on a scenic scene and add a toadstool you can already enter four competitions.

well I have a dark age figure coming up on a scenic base, so that takes care of artemis black and groundforge. I should hopfully get my CMON minis someday, and I have to find out if I can enter a mini in the tadstool even if I already showed some WIP (now you know wich mini )
