Not at all. I just got home after voting for them.
Not my ideal choice, but the best that we have, IMHO.I didn\'t vote for Obama because of his ties to the organization ACORN (guilty of fradulent voter registration), and his relationship to terrorist Bill Ayers and criminal Tony Resco. Not to mention I don\'t believe in taxing the wealthy more than the middle class just to give that money to people who choose not to work. And I\'m not even wealthy, I\'m just a poor art student! I just don\'t believe it\'s right. Defeats the whole purpose of the American Dream (with hard work and dedication anyone can become what they want to be, which is where I stand). Plus I don\'t agree with him on abortions, Iraq war, gay marriage, gun control, etc...

I think you and I\'d get along just fine.
What\'s even more sad is that this is the position of about 80% of those I\'ve talked to who are voting for B.O. :
I don\'t know much about him, but McCain looks funny.
Then there are the group that tell you they are voting because it\'s time for a change. Or a hope. Or a hope of change. Or a changing hope...I can never get it quite right.
Truth is, I\'ve never wanted to vote third party in an election more in my life. I think both sides of the two-party ticket are an embarassing testament to the current state of things.
We have two choices, a left wing abortionist who supports big spending and failed economic policies....or Obama.
Make fun of Palin all you want. The sad truth is that she\'d make a better top-ticket candidate than either of the yuck heads running for the office. :cussing:

In this day and age, its available. Got BBC on the satellite radio, BBC America on the television, and then there\'s the internet. I personally hit the London Telegraph\'s website daily, although about the only thing I find of interest there is Matt and Alex. (And Matt brings up your exact point today, BTW). Biggest problem is that most of the news that gets published is the same news that gets published by Yahoo. No need to read the same thing twice. And that which I haven\'t read is usually gossip columns about British celebrities. I don\'t read US gossip, so not about to start on some other country!

Obama is pro Abortion. All four of them are against Gay-Marraige.
