As any Canadian can tell you, better to have your throat cut by a nice clean edged sharp skate then a ragged old dull skate. It\'s common knowledge up here. I think it\'s part of the 3rd grade curriculum.

Most states have a vice-governor sort of position (i forget the actual name of the title) but it works just like if the President were to leave office. In Arizona we don\'t have one, so the secretary of state would take the position. I really hope the Arizona governor gets outta here. Janet Napolitano... ugh... *shudders* (don\'t make me post another picture, please!)
