apparently the main sculpting is done and the details and wolfskin are yet to be added

not bad eh? although i hope he paints him differently cos he looks like a slaaneshi marin atm!

It is awesome and very impressive, but don\'t really expect much less really anymore haha.

Is this the one that you win if you donate money to fire service/marine fund???

the multi coloured look is because Adrian adds citadel colour to the putty he uses ( presumably so he can see it better or tell which bit has been sculpted during each session)

i think he uses magic sculpt and this can be dyed using paint quite easily (otherwise its white which is hard on the eyes)

looks very nice so far, but a litlle empty around the shoulder area

Aww, why\'d you tell us that? If you know how it\'s done, where\'s the magic? lol

Anyway, it\'s coming along really well.

No, this isn\'t the one as a prize. The prize is normal 40k scale and is a converted marine.

weird mental image of a kid chewing thoughtfully on the lower half of logan
the snozeberries really taste like snozeberries.
other than that . waaaay cool and i do like the fact that you can dye the putty i might have to try that as white grey green and brown are way to much for me to scult i need color and depth.
thank you for the WIP

Talented Git!lol

Very nice to see a WIP from someone I consider to be a Master.

Anyhow why doesn\'t Adi get one of his Daughters to post the WIP for him.

I was in two minds whether to actually post this, but if you\'re reading this, then I did

Would it be heresy to say I don\'t actually LIKE it ... ? :p

It\'s really well sculpted and everything and there are bits I think are good, but overall I just don\'t like it! :

I mean, that opinion may change once it\'s painted, and I\'m not entirely sure why I don\'t like it :p

I just didn\'t want to leave a sycophantic reply, but I do look forward to seeing it painted.

PS. Bonus points to me for usage of the word \"Sycophantic\"

People shouldnt get bonus points for being honest - that should be the natural state of things ;)

I think the colours can be offputting, but you get used to it after a while :) I really enjoy seeing WIPs of sculpts like this as I love seeing how things are made. I am always really impressed once the painting starts - the grunginess always blows me away!

looking at it, at face value, i don\'t like it either. the colours are off putting and it looks unfinished. but it is! once the wolf pelts are added and he is primed i reckon he will rock

phew - I was worried I\'d get barracked for saying so :p

I\'m glad it\'s here - WIPs always rock, even the bad ones (As it\'s nice to see people get better)

I wouldn\'t allow that. I see so many sychophantic \"Kiss Ass\" comments that it is nice to see someone being honest about their regard for something.
Doesn\'t mean you are \"bad\" or deserving of any condemnation, in fact it takes a lot of courage to put your head above the parapet and offer a differring point of view.

Personally I like the sculpt, But I\'m trying to ignore the material colours and visualise the end product potential.
