well as most of you probaly know i bought a large scale predator (26 inches tall) was woundering what kind of putty would be good for filling gabs and such?

I think GREENSTUFF would be the best for larger gaps, but for smaller ones, or imperfections in the model, I\'d use a product called GREEN SQUADRON PUTTY. Its a bit like toothpaste. You can make a sort of thick wash also to fill in pin holes or little bumpy areas.

on this ort of scale you can use thick super glue + accelerator. tthen you can file it really smooth. are you filling the inside with plaster of paris? that is what i used to do.

i got some [laster im gonna use for the main 2 peices and feet arms will be paper to keep them light,... i have some of that toothpaste green stuff but i think im gonna have to get a crapload of the greenstuff putty,.,... the shoulder gun needs a HUGE gap fill as the gun is too small for where its suposed to go and a few other sizable gaps that arnt as big.. thanks guys!

o sorry bout the double post but i almost forgot!!! whats the best kind of glue for these and how can i acheive the strongest joints? my wory is with the gaps there is not antirely that much glue surface... what would the best glue be? then after i putty the gaps mayb use this glue along the putied joints also?

super glue then pour plaster into the model so 75% of it is full the stick the head on and keep it away from heat!!!!

I\'v had very bad luck with super glue. Use Vinyl Cement, Amberoid works well and should be available in hobby stores that sell vinyl kits. Squadren Green putty is your friend!
