+5.75 left and +6.25 right with a -1.75 astig in both. The worst though is I have focusing issues where the muscles around my eyes relax and I can\'t focus on anything for a 10 or so seconds at a time. Glasses just can\'t help that, but I have been wearing them since I was 3 so I am kinda used to it.

Fortunatly contact lens technology is getting better and in the near future I will have a chance to get something to suit my needs, which may mean I will have periphery vision for the first time in my life...

Near sighted as hell an astigmatism(?). I\'ve got contacts but no glasses anymore, cause the cats ate them (or something, one day they were just missing, and I can\'t find them and can\'t afford new ones either :()

Short sighted.

Actually very useful for painting, as I can take my glasses off and stick the mini right up to my eye and still focus on it.

Wait, so all you short-sighted people are actually bionic, genetically bred super-painters? I mean, how close are we talking here? I\'ve got average sight, and the closest I can focus is about an inch away from the tip of my nose...

We\'d make the perfect couple

Being that I already have a sadistic woman in my life (No molegrips, Thank God), I have to regretfully, turn down your offer. lol

vision problems...

I am not sure if I would classify this as a \"vision\" problem..

Sometimes I see a little version of me, except he has a little halo and wears a robe, and he tells me to do good things, like walk my neighbors dog...

some other times though I see a little version of me with a pitchfork and a few horns, and he tells me to walk my neighbors dog into oncoming traffic.....

Is that what you mean?

plus they wear contact lenses because they are nearsighted....
