Hello!
First time poster, but long time lurker. I've been working on an Infinity the Game: Haqqislam Halqa, which doesn't matter in the foggiest. Anyways, I was building up a base for the darkest shade of skin on a model. I added two drops of water to three drops of Vallejo Model Color Beige Brown and mixed with 1 drop of Vallejo Model Color German Grey to dilute it for building up a base for the darkest shade of skin on my model. VMC Beige Brown & VMC German Grey + water. That's it.
Details done: The model has shiny skin. The model has shiny skin and I don't know why. Has anyone experienced this? Any way to remedy this? It'll get painted over by lighter colours, but it's worrying me. This is a level of shine normally reserved for varnish. What the hell is going on? How can I fix this?
I'll try and get a picture sometime within the next 24 hours. Help! The rest of the colour pallete is working marvelously, but the VMC Beige Brown is seriously stressing me out!
