hi,
After the sucess of my get-together vostroyan i had been wanting to paint up another vostroyan.

On this mini i tried to go for a realistic look, eg battle worn and dirty.Therefor i tried to make the cloth look like a dull red not the bright red of the EM scheme.

I aso tried again with a blood effect on the blade and i think it has worked well, I found out what i was doing wrong;I was putting the colours in the wrong order.

what do you think??

looks good, your skills are getting better and better, the blood effects good look a bit more gory, try adding some ink or some varnish into the red to make it look a bit more \'real\' hope this helps! :D

Bloody hell James... that\'s a great paintjob! You\'re really getting to grips with some fairly advanced techniques. It\'s interesting watching your work develop... definite kudos for really working hard at it and pushing your limits. Looking forward to seeing your next piece. An 8 from me.
