Voting on CMON DOESN\'T suck

Man, my minis are way better than the marks they\'re gettin\', the voting here sucks, I\'m not playing any more, and that ball was on the line...lol
I’m not serious, that came across ok no?
Although now I think about it, it’s been a while since I’ve seen a ‘Voting sucks thread’, but hey, I’m just pimping, if you can be bothered to go vote, that’s nice of you, if not, well that’s ok too. Comments=cool, but as I haven’t been giving lately, what goes around comes around an’ all.
The photos are not the best, but I think my camera’s dieing, but hey, score’s so far seem ok, at least to me, see if you agree:

I have no idea how you came up with the name in your links but I like it. lol, they look like pretty nice marines. I\'m not sure if its just the picture but I like how they have a subtle metallic shine in the blue. Good stuff!

It is a play on someone (I think uberdark) posting thread titles along the same lines. Think \"Hot Lady-on-Lady sex with tools! Explicit pictures!\" as the forum topic, but the link to the mini is a vehicle or something.

the reality here on CMoN sadly is that you dont have to comment in order to vote, so not only are people messing up your scores, they dont even say why they kill your mini.

hate to say it but i do think that it really needs to be revised.

i dont need 100 votes if noone tells me what they seriously think.

but some indivisual close ups on the marines would get you a good rating

Remotely on topic: I think a lot of the scores have to do with the photography. You can\'t see the models too clearly in most of them, and in some they are a bit pixellated as if they\'ve been resized too many times. I\'m sure you\'d be getting more 7\'s for averages with better photos.

They look quite a bit above tabletop standard, the Devs especially. Nice work finding a blue that looks realistic for the Ultras

Ah well we would all like to see more votes and comments. Im finding the more place you go out and \"Advertise\" your figurs the more traffic you will get. CMON may be a big forum with many members but there are so many more forums out there that people paint on.. go post links in those forums too. For your marines Id post a link in Bolter and Chainsword in the painting and modeling section. Many of the members there have CMON accounts or will just vote but those guys will leave you comments on that forum about your painting.

As for your gear, I think its good. Its way above table top quality and I think a 7-7.5 score is about right..
