My first thought: That is either a very small car or a large garbage can.
Second: The armor itself is okay, though the blends from red to black could be a tad smoother. Your highlights on the skin look s abit rough around the edges, drybrushed? They could be smoother as well.
All in all a good, solid start.

cheers,yeah im not too gd at blending,the first few layers were drybrushe then i highlighted up from it

try a couple of thin glazes helps to get rid of the feathery effect from stray hairs when drybrushing..
maybe try a glaze made of 1 part liche purple 1 part bestial brown and 1 part elf flesh.. This it with clean water about 5 or 6 parts or until it is almost clear.. add a tiny spot of washing up liquid and paint carefully (don\'t flood the model) on the flesh.. a couple of coats lie that hsould smooth it out a bit....
