I feel like such an idiot however I thought I might warn all you Noobs out there like myself

DO NOT PUT THIS STUFF IN A PLASTIC CUP

Hah ha hah ha.

This thread delivers to be sure. Yup plastic and that brush cleaner do not mix. Glad to hear nothing was harmed though, that really could have been a bad thing.

I usually just suspend a brush in the bottle. Clip a paper binder clip

to the brush handle so just a bit of the metal ferrule is in the solvent.

Let set overnight, rinse brush and watch the gunk come out.
