Tooshy, you had me all excited until I realized/remembered that you are on the other side of the big pond.

Yeah, but...

It\'s not called \'rip-off Britain\' for nothing. I would bet that 30% discount price is still dearer than you can buy them in the States:mad:

At my local Pearls Arts & Crafts, I give between $10 & $14 for W&N S7\'s.

(5.51 to 7.71 pounds at today\'s rates)

No matter how you look at it, they are not cheap brushes, but the hold up so much better than anything else I have used. They also teach you to take care of your brushes with good cleaners and conditioning soaps.

I just looked at the Ken Bromley prices and they are;

000 - £4.20
00 - £4.32
0 - £4.65
1 - £4.99

postage is £2.95.

I may try them... although, I hate not being able to test the brushes first. I bought some Pro Arte brushes recently and they were less than great when they arrived, :(

All the W&N ones I\'ve had from art discount have been fine, they\'re £4.46 at the moment on offer, but that offer has been going for about 18 months :D
