Here are some photos to show the beginning stages of painting some pastel waggas! Aren\'t they cute?

Ritual,

Thanks! I like doing them different colors. When CW first came out I met Dan and Andy, the owners. I bought the first set of Waggas off of them and went home and painted one blue, one orange and one red. Dan had a fit and said, \"They aren\'t supposed to be pastels! They are supposed to be brown!\" Now I like painting his minis in odd colors just to get his goat! It\'s fun! And they are adorable in pastels aren\'t they?

cute! second what Ritual said about the different colours...

actually they remind me of a really old swedish comic called Bamse (a super strong bear - but also the kindest) he met something like these in one of the tales I read back in the 70\'s

Hey Everyone, glad to see these guys are getting some good feedback.

Here\'s the most recent update. I will be washing/glazing them to tone down the highlights and bring back some of the definition to the models!

CW is Crunch Waffle

They\'ve been around for about two years and the Waggas are their signature minis. They have several sets and their limited edition xmas one is a wagga as well. They are cute minis!

Here\'s an update of just the green one

I third (or fourth, fifth?) that, they look great. Really cute and I like them being different colours. Painting is coming along nicely.

Thanks guys! There are other sets of these cute little monsters available at Crunch Waffle.

They are a little smaller than a halfling if you are curious on the size.

Here\'s an update of what I did with the teal one. He originally had a big strip of buck teeth sculpted but I just filed that down and turned it into his bottom lip. I think he looks much cuter now!

Wow you are a Hair master. I can never get that \'pert\' shine on my minis. I swear shiny clean hair is harder then good metallics (or non-metallics)

Cool concept for a project, should get these posted on the CW site when they are done, they look great.

Here\'s an update on the purple one! Thanks for the compliments everyone! I like these guys and they did turn out really cute. I\'ll be posting the finished tan and finished purple one later today in my gallery if you\'d like to vote.

I\'m hoping Dan and Andy at CW will post these guys on their page.
