I like this min overall but just a few tips,
The osl on the tabard is just a little OTT, perhaps a little more understated and not as dark, flames are never red when you see them in reflections and such,
I love the armour damage and you converted the head really well,
These are just my opinions,

I like this one, its a really vibrant red, and the scratches and battle damage work really well.
I especially like the gold NMM, and the sword blade rocks, although there are areas where it could do with darkening to add more contrast, like the shoulder pads (although I am no nmm expert, and struggle with this myself so feel like a hypocrite mentioning this!)
The left leg, hand and lantern do not quite look up to the same standard as the rest of the mini and I feel this may let the score down slightly. I am also unsure what is going on at the base of his robes- with the colours used its hard to distinguis wether its dirt or a flame pattern.
The conversion and pose is fantastic, and a great mini to kick off the new year! A strong 7 from me, and hope my comments help!
