Hello everyone,

Just wanted to share my next WIP project. You would think after two years of working on the film Wall-e that I would be sick of him, but he's just too loveable. A few weeks left before he's finsihed, but feel free to comment, or ask any questions..Enjoy.

Looks pretty finished to me!

HAHA I wish. Still need to do some more weathering, like small areas of rust. Highlight some of the metal areas, and then finish the lenses.

Cute. What toy or collectible is the base model? I know someone who would probably appreciate something like this as a gift.

This is the base model that I started from. I stripped off the paint added some damage with the dremel, and drilled out the eyes and built in some lenses with plastic rods and tubes. Once all that was done he was completely primed.

The model is brilliant!! The weathering is very impressive and the finished piece looks really great. I haven't seen the film yet though. Let us know when you upload this to your gallery so we can vote.
