Wall-e

Had this on my plate for what seems like years, but finally got around to finishing it. Took the 2 inch toy and stripped off all paint and started from a grey primer. Then added about 20 little details parts with styrene. Clear lenses were done with 5min epoxy then airbrushed with layers or ink to give them the appropriate color. Painted and weathered with acrylics. Dirt and rust done with pastels.

You weren't the shading artist for Wall-e that posted one of these a year or two back were you?

I posted some WIP's from this a few years ago yes. I do work for Pixar, but not as a shading artist. I'm working as a lighter.

Thanks for the comments everyone! Someone had the idea of adding the roach to finish it off, so look for that in the future.
