Are you meaning this one;
As it looks like stippled lighter red/orange over darker reds and probably with a wash of Baal Red. Perhaps a touch of Glass varnish added to the mix.

I looked at that one yesterday as well.
Of the top of my head I\'d approach that by extremely thin painted lines of very dilute paint.
You\'d have to work highlights up in tiny increments to get the Spider Web like effect.
Looking at it I\'d be inclined to start with One of the dark reds and carefully add a highlight colour, maintaining the dilution at each additional highlight paint choice.
Since the base colour is an increadibly dark Black/Red combination I wouldn\'t be surprised to find a lot of Baal Red washes were used in the combo.
