Heh! I said yes too.... I figured that unless they\'ve somehow managed to dupe me into signing my family into slavery, then allowing them to feature my photographs of my toy soldiers wouldn\'t be overtly risky

I said to him that i want to see the site first before I say yes or no. But to be honest I use my CMON gallery as my main image gallery for my work as its easier to have just one point of reference for finished stuff, its free, people can vote and leave comments thats all I need. So with an established and great site (excepting the screwed up featured auctions malarky!) like CMON who needs warhub?

hehe sorry to disappoint you darklord, but yeah I got both the warhub one and the Robbeasy one asking for the articles too. :duh: And I even said yes to both of \'em! I didn\'t think there was any harm in it - and now that we see we\'ve all got the messages, if there\'s anything dodgy about it then surely one of us will notice, we will all find out, and can withdraw our permission en masse!
I go hand in hand with seb here... If they\'d do one thing bad with one of the pictures they have permission to then we all go the hand in hand march against the evil in the world...

Maybe Warhub will have similar features like CMON but with another voting system... Maybe it´s another \"CMON\" book for eBay...

For some reason my \"Building a case\" article was deemed worthy and I agreed to have it put on warhub. As long as a link to CMON is given I really don\'t see the problem - sure, they were excessive in their endeavor, but I doubt that there was any malicious intent behind it. Indeed, it must have been a lot of work, as long as it is not automated, and doesn\'t that kinda show a little dedication?
Also, I think it is not nice to ban someone just like that. Why take away their chance to defend or explain themselves? You gave them a warning, why ban them as well? I see nothing wrong with a ban if warhub pulls this stunt again, but a slap on the wrist with the promise of a sound beating is surely more the CMON way than an asskicking while burning the house down.
