The picture for it on the GW shopsite regarding the skin (paws etc) looks to me like a simple three step method I would do like this:

1. Paint with "Elf flesh"
2. Use "Desert yellow" mixed with some grey as an ink
3. Highlight with "Elf flesh" that is mixed with "Bleached Bone" in a few steps.

I'm painting Queek at the moment too:p

For the skin, I started with tallarn flesh, washed with ogryn flesh, before highlighting with tallern flesh and about six further layers of tallarn flesh adding a bit more bleached bone each time. I then glazed the recesses with ogryn flesh, which really helped blend the first highlight, then I painted ogryn flesh into the deeper depths to strengthen the shadows. Same thing for the tail except I mixed baal red into the ogryn flesh for the glaze and wash in the recesses, because I wanted it a wee bit pinker.

I was planning to paint the skulls khemri brown up to bleached bone, highlight bleached/skull white, then use devlan mud for the shadows in the same way I used orgyn flesh on the skin, as a glaze then a wash.

Anyhoo hope that helps:D
