Warm Whites

Can anyone help me pick out some colours for these warm whites? How do people think the whites were painted on this figure (Preferably GW paints but I do have a good range of Vallejo).

kommando khaki has a great translucency and bleached blone works well too.

try those and build up with very small hints of bestial brown for the very dark shading.

The dheneb stone colour rom GW\'s new foundation paint set might be a good place to start...then as the other guy said, kommando khaki or bleached bone with a little skull white in to brighten things up.

Shade with a warm white (white mixed with brown or yellow ocher) and highlight with pure white.

My guess would be GW Kommando Khaki worked through Bleached Bone with a few Skull White extreme highlights on the sharpest uppermost edges.

So far as the pinkish tint, I think that\'s probably a result of the lighting the picture was taken under and not necessarily the figure itself. That\'s the same shade all my pictures have under GE Reveal bulbs until I color balance them in PSP.
