Goddam Camera,

I really cannot take pictures!!!!

Here are a few piccies of my painted warrior priest,

im gonna do some more washes on the armour and a bit more to the flesh,





if anyone can help me with the pictures i would really appreciate the help?

There was a great article on here about basic photoshopping of pics. The most important one was the levels too, CTRL-L, this greatly helps fix light levels.

Unfortunately I can\'t find the article I am thinking of.

That little piece of advise will probably be the difference between a 7 - 8 on the scoring,

The face and the red\'s are nice, but the metallics look a little rushed and \'slapped on\' perhaps use a few more layers of mixed colours to smoothen out the transition.
And im not overly keen on the base, the snow looks like cotton wool or something, what are oyu using? Is it the GW stuff?

Agree with Matty just do a few washes to shade the metals down (1 part Chaos Black tiny spot of regal Blue and about 8 parts clean water should do the trick.) then re highlight with the silvers.
To get the snow looking a bit better you need to do 2 or 3 layers..
other than hat a solid looking job keep on with it..
Photos will be helped with a plain background just rest a piece of card against something hard and sit the mini on it.And get more light in there .A simple desk lamp with a daylight bulb would be a big improvement.
look in the articles section under photography there are some great tips for using a very simple set up for good results.

I do still need to do some more to the metals. blue ink now there a thought,

Matty - yes that is the GW stuff not great unless you use loads!!! i will try a few more leyers i think,
