I'm currently working on an Eldar Swooping Hawk, a not all that bright, but more nightly darker pattern.
I'm just not knowing what color I should give to the face-mask on the helmet and especially the eyes. I don't wanna go too bright though, but I've been thinking of red mask, red tubes and yellow eyes to create more contrast. I've also been thinking of a light-gray mask, but I fear that it might be too bright to fit the rest of the model. The other plates of the armour shall receive reflection-points as on the shoulder-plate and head (most right picture shows it). I hate the colors I'm using, the blue is a very glossy color, but ofc I can't varnish it yet, so you gotta live with the sun's reflections on many of the blue parts
That's the current status:
I also have been thinking to keep the weapon in pattern with the armor, so make the big plates red, the riffles blue and the rest gray, as in this photoshop-sketch:
What do you think? Maybe you have even ideas or suggestions about entirely different parts?
Thanks for hints and comments!
