1 & 3 look like carnival float cr*p.
2's ok, but trains too big and to be honest completly the wrong shape for you Meg.
I remember Photos you showed of yourself and you certainly aren't a tall stick insect nor are you a saggy barrage balloon.
Since you're pettite you'll need something that'll be closer to your body, without huge pleats or flounces, that'll make you look taller.
Straight vertical lines will force a mental image of additional height.
Keep away from too much flowery lace, use it only on accentuations, centre panel or fine collar detail and for the love of all things holy avoid pom poms likethe plague.
(If your wondering how I know all this, Brother-in-law and I did a lot of wedding photos shoots back in the day.
We got to see a lot of wedding gowns that DIDN'T work and some that were jaw droppers.
However trying to take pictures of a 6 month Pregnant Bride in fluffy lace is a memory I would dearly like to forget.)

#1 and #3 I think are a bit naff and I can't imagine someone wearing them to be married in in all seriousness, but some weddings are very non-traditional!
I think the second one is totally fine. Not to my taste but for a themed olde worlde wedding for example, sure why not?

After letting my initial impressions die, I've come to a better evaluation.
The first dress I could see at some kind of 4th of July event. I wouldn't encourage anyone to get married in it, but it wouldn't look so bad at a US Independence Day thing. I'm not so big a fan of the tails of the stripes ending below the hem though. What's with that?
The second really isn't bad. It might even look great if there's a certain design theme to the wedding. It's a bit busy, but at least they stuck with one color and chose not to make it too frumpy by covering the shoulders. It wouldn't look good in most conventional weddings held now, but if the woman has the right body for the dress it would look nice in a bit more rustic of a setting.
The third might be useful in a beauty pageant in one of those states that bursts with national pride. I'm thinking of states that have 4 year old beauty pageants, and that still keeps a spitoon in the ol' courthouse.
