Hi all,

been around this site for a long while just lurking and taking in some of the wonderful work.

Well it's been about 12 years since i last painted anything but have been taking inspiration from posts here and gamesdays and finally put paint to brush.

Trying out pic posts here (hope i get it right). First pic is of my Grimgor, only just finished prepping him but thought I'd post it here as a means of motivating myself to really get stuck in.

Any comments will be welcome in the coming weeks.

btw photography is not my strong points, so any pointers would be awesome.

Looks a little grainy but thats the very fine spray of white to bring out his details for my poor old eys.

hiya for photography tips there are quite a few articles on this site that i used to get pretty good photos so i recommend them, or searching on google is always a good way to go (well nearly always ) not much to comment on mini wise but look forward to seeing more

Always liked that mini. It's one that looks exciting to paint, with the strong pose and bits on it. Have fun, it'll be cool to see what you do with it. The orc skin can be an area that causes problems, I trust you have a good recipe/process for it.
