I'm guessing that the OP attempted to convert a document with a page setup of smaller dimensions than the standard 8.5 x 11 inch designation into the standard page designation, which threw off all paragraphs and images due to a change in margins and workspace. Now he/she is forced to manually go through and move most of the image files manually since newer editions of Microsoft Word, and in general most document generators, contain auto-formatting. It's tedious and frustrating because if you change any of the text after you've moved an image, it could change the position on that image.

Kind of right, customer supplied job in the dreaded Microsoft Word, had to convert all pages from 8.5 x 11 inch to A6 (148 x 105mm) then setup in Quark 8.0. The big problem was the pages would not import correctly due (that I found out last night)
to the ffffffffffffff FONTS FONTS FONTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
