What are folks spending their hard earned dosh on?

Paint, brushes and basing material. I have more unpainted lead than I know where it is (I have buried some in the back of the dreaded cupboard under the stairs) so no real need to buy new minis at the moment. But reaper dragons and these new creature caster ones have me getting the hoarding bug again. The last models I bought were Cang, which was a gift from Ian, so doesn't really count as an own purchase, the raging heroes manticore and my enormous metal dragon. Even Ebonwrath has been in storage since I bought him on 11/6/2005!

My other hobby, wildlife safaris has been taking up most of my spare cash...

Over the last couple of years I've become somewhat "selective" picking up more busts rather than figures.
Gamings taking more of a backseat these days so I'm opting for items aimed at competitions.

for me...
minis-
SPM KS (still waiting, despite paying 2012..anyway)
On the Lamb games KS (good stuff, just forgotten about until now)
Wild West Exodus KS (Good Stuff, worth learning to work with resin for)
Bones II (started waiting, but still paid last year, so including it)

other hobbies:
Model Rocketry (mostly estes, minorly morerockets.com, great for me and the mini-man to do together)
Paracord weaving/tying/etc. has taken a good chunk of change lately, and my bracelets have a distributor, so they'll be even more time consuming)
big vacation with the the Mrs. . .

SO I'm sure I;ve spent more on hobbies in the last 12 months or so than some, but less than most, really

Mortgage, car, food, girlfriend....

Only bought a few models in the last year. Thankfully a few kickstarters that I had paid for came through to give me my fix :D Still have more than I'll ever paint though, but it doesn't stop me wanting more. She doesn't understand and I doubt she ever will!
