Me? I can remember me (now 47) and my older brother (now 49) sitting side by side in our high chairs smearing Spaghetti-o\'s all over our heads and laughing hystarically!!

I was under the bed and had a cricket in my hand and was going to eat it.......mom or one of my siblings \'rescued\' me. I can still see that cricket in my hand right in my face!

Yours?

I clearly remember the feeling of my Mom sticking me with a pin changing my diaper. I remember trying to walk and how it felt to fall. I remeber the braces I had on my legs at two and how proud I felt when I learned to take them off. I can describe every house I\'ve ever lived in, or at least the parts I saw. My Dad didn\'t believe me untill I described them all. He even took me to a random street in a small town in Wisconsin once and said, \"You lived on this street once. Which house?\" I pointed to the right one and said, \"It\'s that one. I remember because I loved the smell of the lilacs by the front door.\" His jaw dropped and he said, \"you were 1 when we lived there!\"

Sheesh. I have trouble remembering if I had breakfast each day.

I think my earliest memory is from when I was 4 or so. Beaning my next-door neighbour in the head with a golf ball. My father had given me a cut-down 5 iron to play with, and my accuracy was phenomenally good, that day.

His family still makes fun of him for it, from what I\'m told. He\'d bet me a quarter that I couldn\'t hit him. (He was also 4)

Lessee... earliest real event was probably getting a leach burned off of my foot by my mother at a friend\'s house out in the country. Probably around 4 or 5.

Then I remember a dream where we were riding with my dad in his truck. I had to stand in the middle (it\'s was a rig) because my brother was too young to stand... so that would make me 2 or 3. It was a good dream because when we got to where we were going, there were dinosaurs we could ride! A tyrannosaurus and a stegosaurus (sans plates)! Woo hoo!

Wow! That\'s amazing!

I can\'t remember much that I think actually happened, if you know what I mean. Sometimes, you think you have a memory of something, but it\'s imagination instead. Most of my early memories are of packing boxes. With a father in the Forces, we moved around a lot. I dimly remember sitting on the sofa with my Dad and learning how to read- I had words written on a cabbage leaf and a tortoise. I could only graduate to the tortoise when I\'d learnt the cabbage!

Mine must be from when I was about 2. I was at my grandparents house and I did a really big poo in my potty so I picked it up and took it round to show everyone lol

My first clear memory is about a small accident while learning to walk. I was in our summer cottage and for some reason decided that it would be a good idea to dive head first towards an old wooden highchair. The idiot who had designed the thing had attached a metal hook (of no apparent use) right where my head was supposed to meet only soft wood. So I nailed my forehead to the chair.

Although I remember the event clearly I apparently didn\'t learn my lesson. After that I have dived into various objects head first and have various objects dive into my head. At least I have a lot of nice scars with interesting stories. (And they make me look tougher.) :)

I remember being in some sort of grocery store with my mom, and I was walking along side her. A lady came up and asked me how old I was, and I held up a few fingers and said three.

I\'m not quite sure the age I was (3 to 4 I suspect) but I clearly remember begging my Grandfather for some of his coffee and he refused several times. Eventually he relented and gave me a sip... I promptly threw up and to this day (I\'m 37) I still do not drink coffee.

I also clearly remember just before my brother was born (I was 4yrs) going out onto the street one evening and praying for a baby brother.

I\'m really horrible at putting memories into a time perspective. The only reason I can nail the brother bit is because I know his birthday and how much older I am than him. I\'m fairly sure my Grandparents moved back to Quebec by the time my brother was born (though not positive) so I can guess at that one.

It\'s funny how many stories I\'ve been told by my parents about things I\'ve done or that happened around this same time period that should be quite vivid to me but I have no recollection of other than through the stories told to me.

I had one of those TVs with the knobs that you turned. My friend who was... 1 or so (I was too) Actually pulled the knob to turn it on right off the TV! I remember many days of trying to reatach it by jamming it into the hole where it went repeatedly. We even have a video. (I never managed to fix it, we had to turn the tv on with scissors until we bought a new one!)

All my early memories are in black and white.

I remember posing for some picture, with a cute little plastic doggie.

I also remember my sisters cutting my hair, and trying to tape it back on when they realized how bad it was.

I remember Kennedy\'s funeral. Mostly because it was all that was on on all 3 channels and everyone was watching it. I didn\'t understand because \"Dennis the Menace\" wasn\'t on.... I was 4.

I remeber the house we lived in then and playing on my \'horse\'
(found it on a google search - that\'s not me..)

Living in London, my grandfather sitting me on the front gate waiting for my grandmother to walk up the road from work. I\'d be about 3 or 4 I suppose. Long time ago. :D

I remember watching my second eldest sister wave goodbye through the window of my mom\'s first van as she went to pre-school. She would have been 3 or 4 to be at pre-school, meaning I would\'ve been under twelve months to a year old.

I also recall looking up at a bunch of very tall bars surrounding me in my \'bed\' and being a bit afraid at it all.

I remember my mom dressing me in a blue sweatshirt and absolutely blowing a gasket. I DIDN\'T WANT TO WEAR THAT SWEATSHIRT!! Why not?? Dunno............

I was too young to remember JFK being killed but I do remember Bobby being killed. Don\'t think I actually knew who he was or much else, other than Saturday was the only day of the week to watch cartoons and there was some boring funeral on ALL the channels.
