Currently I am not listining to anything. Normally I Might have some Pink Floyd, or Judas Priest, Lorenna Mckennit, Iron Maiden, Sara Mcluaghlin, Tool, Conan Soundtrack, any LOTR Sondtrack and any Star Wars Soundtrack.
How is it that Loreena McKennit so often shows up next to metal groups? I love her music, but can no longer tolerate metal in any form.

Anyhow, right now it is Acoustic Alchemy, Natural Elements.

Now that I\'m off work I just put on www.afterhoursdjs.org, which is my standard webstream when I\'m not motivated by any album at the moment, it\'s pretty mindless but often good. :)

I usually go to www.live365.com and plug on the SoCal Breaks station when I don\'t have a particular cd I feel like listening to....or go to www.BeatPort.com and listen to songs/mixes without actually buying any:D

I\'m listening to the voices in my head...

...they say \'KILL EM ALL... EVERY DAMN ONE OF EM!\'...

...

(and haven\'t we been here before with this topic? Just an excuse for everyone to say how individual they are coz they listen to such and such a band. Or try and out do one another with obscure \'fave\' bands, or maybe claim the higher ground and throw in the odd bit of classical?!)

This week I \'ave mostly been listening to......

the sound of little shits booting a football against my house....:flame:

Speaking of miserable bastards, I got a book entitled \'Grumpy Old Men: A manual for the British malcontent.\' for V-Day.

Quote:

\"There can be no displeasure greater than that of getting on a bus and discovering it is full of schoolkids on their way home. Hear the level of wit sink to the Earth\'s core. Observe first-hand violence at its rawest. Listen as young middle class kiddies affect, with little competence, the dialects of gangsta rappers and \'Yardies\'. Blush at sexually explicit language that would cause a pimp to curl up and die. And that, as they say, is just the girls.....\"

And speaking of buses, what about the pensionable types who smell of wee?

Why, also, as Simon pointed out, do most people imitating Welsh accents sound like an English-speaking Pakistani? A strange anomaly.

the audio book, The Battle of Corrin, the third and last of the Dune Prequels. Then it is on to the Unabridged Audiobook of Robert Heinlein\'s Stranger in a Strange Land. ( sometimes known as a Rackham fan at GamesDay.)

Seems a nice off-topic-like post for my first one on the forums.

Listening to keyboard clatters from cubicles nearby...coworkers gossiping...and a home-brewed Flogging Molly collection that a friend burned for me as a primer.

Tonight I\'ll probably be listening to punk and goth industrial until the smoke in the place makes me woozy.
