I look at it lots and have used her tutorials a number of times! Especially the NMM ones...

A close second for me is http://www.headblast.de where i spend to much time on their forums!

Also I play Hollywood Stock Exchange:

well I always like simple easy to use sites of painters and getting to watch them learn and grow as I marvel at what they make. also the adition of your \"mini of the week\" is a great idea!
