It always boost my confidence when somebody at work asks me a question or requests help. It is at that point that I realize that those around me are as clueless as myself, so I\'m really doing well in comparison!

Gee, that sounded spiteful when it isn\'t meant to be. Let\'s rephrase: When I realize that everybody is struggling with the same computer issues and I\'m actually ahead of the game on beating the damn piss poor engineering software, I feel better and more confident to state my opinions and suggestions on how to proceed.

Bit more wordy, but works.

Well, I\'m pretty successful as far as being a student goes, got an incredible internship offer for next year, and organized the biggest student winter sports competition in Europe, so taking a look at what I\'ve achieved is always good for confidence.

But knowing that I did it without sacrificing the \'fun\' things in life is much better :D (even though I did have to scale done my painting a bit :p)

I guess I\'m generally a confident sort of person, well not much will rattle me anyway. I do lack confidence in my painting but what helps in the great bunch on WAMP who give real help on getting things \'right\'. I don\'t rate my work very highly but they point out what is good :D

Getting my anxiety under control on my current work project has made me feel better.
Sunshine makes me feel better.

Unexpected praise or appreciation is a real boost, especially from someone who\'s opinion I value.

Going home at the end of the day and knowing my current project isn\'t in a \'broken\' state is good too.
(Last week we started amends which was tough).

I actually get confidence boosts just from engaging in independent activities such as running errands, doing homework, and any other activites that require self motivation.

well, i\'m getting ready for my first real night as an NCO. Bit worried, as I have to dish out the jobs, I\'m pretty sure i\'ll forget some somewhere.

Other things that boost my self confidence: beating my score on games (yes, I\'m a nerd)

receiving positive comments, preferably with how I could improve attached (Hint, hint:innocent: )

And getting THAT exam over and done with.

woop!

Weight training... breaking a PR is a great feeling. Maybe not so much when you\'re breaking it since you\'re sweating, screaming and bleeding ;)

I reckon I was brought up with confidence...As much as the old man always told me I was somewhat of a failcake he also used to tell me \"you can do it\". So I suppose i\'ve been brought up with a \"can do\" attitude!
If anyone tells me \"nah you can\'t!\" I\'m always one to say \"I F***ing can pal! Just you watch!\" lol

The old boy\'s ex para with SF background btw. Go figure

Also grats on the promo ;) One thing\'s for sure in any forces organised groups, you don\'t get it if you don\'t deserve it! Well done that man.
