Hy all . I just posted my last piece of art. I wanted to know what you think about my NMM on the sword shield and helmet? I am pretty proud of the blending as well.

I like it, it's very clean and crisp looking with loads of contrast. The sword and shield NMM are working really well for me but not the helmet for some reason and I can't work out why.

This style works very well for Brets imo! Good job. What colours did you use for the gold and silver?

I'd say the cloth on the helm is too close to the gold, both in color and luminosity. Overall the nmm would need brighter highlights, that and more gradients/smoother blending overall and you'd be well on your way to produce a great mini.
Good style, nice colors too.

Edit: Needs a base too, really.
