What hapenned ?

Hi Y\'all...
Was I the only one for which CMON has been down around 48hrs?

I got the connect mysql database error screen.. last time this hapenned, the site I was mainly frequenting got hacked and dissapeared forever :eek:
I got really scared there:(

Edit: Hey, this is the only post dated from the 14th... this mean it really happened...
Hey everyone...CMON is online again :beer:

...and yes, terrible times they were. I got a lot of work done. :rolleyes:

Work, why the hell didn\'t I think of that? I ended up watching a ton of bad horror movies and playing poker.

Hehe it\'s funny how your entire life can come to a grinding halt when something as innocent as a web forum goes down isn\'t it?

Me, I had to stay home from University for 2 days due to a cold that turned into migraine-esque headaches and me not wanting to risk driving in that kind of state just to get to class on time. And in that time there wasn\'t much I could do that wasn\'t making the headaches worse...

But hey at least I got to sleep in for the first time in ages ;)

Yeah, 2 days for me as well. Fortunately I belong to other mini-painting forums, so I didn\'t have (serious) withdrawal.

Don\'t really know myself. Database server picked the days I was in France to go down. Really odd.

Lies, all lies :p We all know how much you miss us when we\'re ot there ;) Personally, I hate it when CMON disappears like that but it did give me a chance to practice my darts (top of the office league now :drunk: ) Work is only for when the internet and dartboard are both unavailable :]

God I\'m glad CMON is back. Its disappearance was a fine lesson in just how boring my job can be. :(

uberdark rubs his eyes and opens them for the first time in two days. he emerges from his fetal ball and collects his torn clothes. around him lays strewn issues of white dwarf metal and plastic abominiations and such that he made a story about his feelings when cmon went down.

slowly rising he hugs his legs close to himself and cries sweet tears of loveliness at the chance to be on the forums again. not to mention that he can now post some new pics.

Well, I don\'t have a life ( I find \'life\' hard to deal with.) and I was not in a good painting shape, so this was pretty bad...

... let\'s see... no CMON... no Email... no one on msn... well, there\'s always porno and weed...
and psyche kept spiraling down :(

I taught maybe CMON died, just before I was about to break a 7 or something with a new submission, seemed credibly ironic.

@ChernAnn: I think they\'re is a cosmic bound between you and the site, if you\'re on vacation, so is CMON.
