I wonder if anyone can help with a query regarding Ultraforge - are they still in business?
I purchased a Lord of Pestilence from Ultraforge back in November 2009 which I still have not received. Apart from one response to an e-mail I sent in early January 2010, when I was told the item would be despatched approximately two weeks after that date, I have heard nothing. Frequent e-mails sent to Ultraforge since then requesting an update on my order still have not elicited a reply, and the mini still has not arrived - though Ultraforge still have my money.
I note that the Ultraforge site is still not taking orders, and there are rumours that they have ceased business or been sold - although it looks like CMON received a restock of Ultraforge minis in early March 2010, which suggests they may still be trading.
If anyone knows anything - or if any Ultraforge folks frequent this site - some indication of what is going on would be very much appreciated.
