Hey everyone who remembers me, and hello to those who have no idea who I am.

I was just wondering what I've missed in the, what, 2 years or so I've been gone. I'm sure there has been plenty of shenanigans and crazy-goings-on, let alone unmentionable actions in the freak bar.

I've also missed this whole updated community thing, which is pretty fantastical.

How's everyone? Anything super exciting happen to anyone lately? How many of the old timers are still here? Fill me in on the action!

Hah, and as an aside to those old timers, yesterday I found the entire Matt Varnish story we wrote in a word document. It's still a pretty good read. :)

Not much of a newbie but still one of the younger veterans here (if I'm even allowed to call myself that yet with me not being a freak and all. :D )
Nice to have a new... Ehm... old... Ehm... another pretty (yeah! that's it! :D ) face back here! With you being a veteran around here I will assume you are at least as wacky as the rest of these guys. ^^

You have missed a lot. For example...Reverend...wait for it...is actually painting miniatures. And the Rev and I seemed to have gotten 'nicer'. Dragonreach has become hippy and moved to commune. His name is Moonbeam now. Maybe you should remember that. He gets a little touchy if you call him DR or his real name.Lizcam just had her third kid with Roger Buntings. Bill has decided he prefers to shoot animals instead of posting their picture on the forums. Yes, he is a game hunter now. What else…oh yeah… Steelcult has finally admitted his love of show tunes and is currently working on a project called “Desert Rat: The musical”.:D

Nice to see you back on the forums, Becca. As others have asked, are you sticking around for a while? Have you been painting minis or was life full of other adventures for you?

Reverend should not be confused with Rev.

Vike is really BME with a new account and on nice pills.

Finn17 is nowhere to be found.

Wiccanpony got sucked into the freak bar and has not been heard from in a while. The account was hacked and is a sock puppet run by LizCam.

Liz ordered herself a mail-order husband. But she couldn't find a domestic model she liked, so she went with an import. I suggested Italian, but she went with the BMW instead.

Lloyd went to war, came back, went back, came back, went back. He's a yo-yo for the marines.

Trevor blew up the freak bar on new year's eve last year. Wait til you see what he's got planned for this year. It is going to be spectacular.

It's great to see you 'round! Haven't seen your Mum (Tab Studios) for a while. Miss her too. I was really enjoying the painting tutorials she posted many moons back. She's awesome! You know that she sent me some Future's Floor polish! A whole bottle of it! Very cool! Last I remember, you were at university and driving around in a new car. Hope everything is going great for ya! Well Hello everyone!

Rev paints now?!? I wondered what that shudder in the force was...
DR is now Moonbeam, this will be remembered and used regularly ;)
I always thought Bill was more of an animal abuser...the pictures were just to catalogue which animals he's killed.
So wait, Vike is now BME, erikvupes, Bubba, and SuperDauber? (Bubba is the only one I don't have proof, but I still believe it.)
Where'd Finn run off to?
I had heard about Roger and Liz, but thats just because I'm a facebook fiend.

I'm doing pretty good. I've got about a year left of school, depending on when the classes are offered. But I'd like to get my masters and doctorate eventually, so don't feel too old, but I've been so 'in the books' lately that I haven't had any time to paint. I've got one mini I've 'finished' that I need to put on a base, I think it would have been pretty good a few years ago, but the standard is so high now that it probably wont do as well, but I'm still a fan. I'm truly hoping to get the brushes back out next semester as the class load will be significantly lighter.

And this should be a much more extended stay. The Queen of Cute is back!

I'm over there at the moment - trying to move further north, cause things here are really boring. I did actually start a wip thread that I might update at some point in the near future.
