Gully Dwarves are dirty little creatures from the Dragonlance book series, if im not mistaken. They live underground, and the Highbulp is their leader.

Well thanks all, it\'s such an honour to be welcomed into the freaky community. I\'d like to thank the academy for accepting me, the publice - where would we be without all the little people, my mum & dad for their continued support through all the hard times, her majesty the Queen (God save her and all that) blah blah blah... God bless the Oscars 
Anyhoo , yes a Highbulp is the Leader of the comical Gully Dwarves (Aghar) from the Dragonlance books (and soon to be cartoon film). Kind of like grubby ewoks in a plot sense. The Highbulp is the most cleverest, often being able to count past 2 (1, 2, lots, many!) - it seemed a title worth having to me.
@ Bill - thanks for the scrabble tip, I\'d been struggling with those letters for hours lol
@ Matty - I\'ll have you know that Eastbourne currently manages to maintain 86% of its streets with an acceptable level of litter and detritus according the the Govt definition (I love my job )
@ Freakinacage - check out the WiP forum (I\'ve got one new one up and hope to add a couple today)
Now, all of you get over to the freak bar for drinkls on me (as soon as I get out of the bathroom... I\'ve been waiting a year and a half to use it!)

And I\'m glad you worked the dartboard in too as I should have a \"Championship\" match coming up soon as I make my bid for office-darts domination. WP said there was a board in the basement I could practice on...
