Here\'s the opposite - the worst experience. I can\'t remember mine (which is probably a good thing) but i\'d love to hear from other people.

i woke up and realized she was a.....

actually no that wastn it.

my worst role playing experience had to be when as a dm this guy kept trying to ruin the game for everyone by acting like he knew more than he should. he was deliberately ruining the game to mess with me the dm. we was one of those guys that was invited by a friend of a friend. at one point i got so mad i actually punched the guy and he was sent home packing. regardless to say from that point on.... my friends always jokingly said dont mess with the dm or he will *&^* you up!

hehehe.

The worst one I\'ve had is where a woman hating DM let me into his game because he wanted my husband to play (no, he doesn\'t only play when I do but he was warry of this particular DM). He spent the whole night trying to kill my charector. I finally got fed up, cursed him out and left. Hubby stayed but never played again. A bad DM is the worst.

I remembered now! oh no...

One of the worst experiences I\'ve had was in the Forgotten Realms Setting. My character was the new one, and he was going well. he had anmesia (simply because i couldn\'t explain some things in his backstory) but he found out that he was a Zhent sleeper agent. the thing is, for those who don\'t know, the Zhents are the bad guys. and in this campaign, we were hanging around with people like the Seven Sisters (some very powerful agents of good) and the like. What made all of this worse was the fact that one of the other characters was shouting this fact out to the world, and telling everyone he could see. so he was getting abused by just about every NPC that the party came across. simply put, not fun, and after a few sessions of this i was :cussing:

I paint my thumb.
A level 10 psyonist played by an abusive powerplayer... there was just nothing he couldn\'t do....

As a player, I played a bard once, died 6 time in one campaing ( Resurection was very available...) I retired him because his constitution score was down to 3 or 4...
The DM wasn\'t too great either, at the end of a dungeon we got to fight a black dragon, 6 players, one had drinked a mega potion of
buffing with no end, another had been transformed into a silver dragon (Its pre-made so you might know the quest); I was hiding in a corner hoping not to get hurt... the DM was deciding randomly of the actions of the dragon who apparently decided to spend all his turn\'s attack (6) on me, thus dropping me to something like -40 hp... very fun, and credible too :(
