What is this mini?

Hey guys. I purchased this miniature years ago along with a slew of Rackham Confrontation Wolven and painted them all (so I don't have the blister packs anymore), but now when I look on the Rackham website, I don't see this one listed (all the others were easily found). So perhaps I purchased it because it looked "close" to the other Wolfen minis.

Can anyone ID this miniature (who made it and mini's name)? Any help would be appreciated.

looks like a wolfen warrior from Rackham, but...
- I don't remember anything that armored or a musician.

Conversion from one? maybe.
