I know its the founder of the company, Forrest Mars (I think it was Forrest) and the owner of Mars, Inc main competition, Hershey\'s, first name, though that name eludes me. Monty, maybe? (Imma have to googlefu that on just to be sure, though I won\'t post what I find)

Mars senior had made a name on the west coast in candy, and Mars the younger was sent to England where he went into the business -
After WWI he returned and they joined the companies together - As Mars and Mars - which became M&M, then M&M Mars.
At least thats what happened according to the History Channel
