Just wondered what the genral music taste of mini painters is. Mines loud and heavy, some manson, system of a down, black sabbath and a bit of Sir Jimmy Hendrix a day keeps the doctor away.

I havn\'t got to paint a lot recently.
But iv\'e been listening to a lot of Stone sour, Disturbed and Mudvayne recently...and consumed a fair bit of the alcohols. I\'m a crazy bitch with issues!

I paint in my basement, so the usual music I hear while painting is the washer and dryer. You put the right stuff in though and you could swear it was Industrial, especially if you include lots of things with buttons lol

Lots of punk rock and Hardcore! I listen to quite a bit of screamo and metalcore too... I am getting into electronic music now too like VNV Nation, Breakbeats (DJ Icey, DJ Spyhunter) and some trance... it is very relaxing to work on minis with that music I have discovered lately...

I don\'t always listen to music while painting (I need to get one of those cables to put your iPod into your CD player) because not all of my music is on CD! I also nicked a lot of my parents\' stuff and some of my sister\'s. I really like Radiohead, The Strokes and pretty much anything with Damon Albarn or Danger Mouse involved (The Good The Bad And The Queen; Dangerdoom; Gnarls Barkley; Blur; Gorillaz), and some moderately freaky folky stuff like Antony And The Johnsons or Devendra Banhart. The Gossip are quite good too, and Muse, and The Klaxons... the list goes on. I also really like Nick Drake, and Rufus Wainwright, and Martha Wainwright, and Hot Chip, and Tinariwen, and Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, and Ali Farka Touré, and The Prodigy, and Johnny Cash, and Nirvana, and The Libertines :D

I listen to hard dance, drum and bass, hardcore, techno and if im feeling particularly cheesy commercial dance. Or a nice bit of rap n hip hop depending what figure im \'trying\' to paint :)
