What Paints to Buy

Hi Guys, just came back from the Golden Demon, had a great time, had to leave before the final results, but my Stone Troll made it to the final 4 Warhammer Monster\'s which i was more than happy with.(I\'m going to get photo\'s up shortly)

But some advice if possible, which Vallerjo paints would you buy..?? Im looking at getting a set, but not sure which one, the Model Color, or the Game Color..??

Depends on what you want to do.
I have a few of the Model color sets because of my particular taste.
I started with the basic set and have since gotten the skin tones set and the horse colors set.
I\'m quite happy with them.

the model color has very little binder in it. and was designed more for static/display models. The model color line is also geared more toward the historicals. (very true reproductions of military colors)

While the Game Color line has a good latex binder in it and is more designed for gamers. The game color line is more fantasy colors and lots brighter in nature. It is also a total replication of GW\'s paint line with only the names being slightly changed.
