before i build this thing im just wondering what people here will attempt to not assemble before painting. im considering the wings, left hand, head and whip. i havent got mine just yet but it should be here today so im not sure what lines need green stuff work but sometimes the plastics have it done nicely where they dont. for example the new plastic farseer you didnt need the head, any of the arms and the front robe you could cut the back part off and also glue later

it depends what you are aiming for.
As per the YT video from GW it looks like it's enough to leave the hand/arm with the whip separate.
I'd probably do it in 3 pieces (body with wings, arms), the parts look accessible enough

i intend to blend every muscle fiber seamlessly from p3 sanguine with a touch of exile blue to khaldor red/touch of khlaldor highlight for the very hard edges. i hate drybrushing... i almost exclusively avoid anything to do with drybrush as personally, i think it doesnt look any good...

usually angles are blocked/light can get messy when wings and stuff like the axe arm block vision of certain areas so i want to avoid this if possible
